BC Landscape Training & Consultancy CC was established in 1999, to deliver basic skills programmes to the Horticultural Industry. In 2000 we formed a relationship with Technikon SA, now UNISA, Department of Applied Sciences, who certify the programmes we offer. The relationship allows a person to develop a career structure leading to tertiary education, the UNISA Certification provides the trainee with creditable recognition.Due to the importance and scale of the Sports Turf Industry, the Sports Turf Skills Development Division was augmented in 2003.We now offer a range of programmes, covering a wide spectrum of the horticultural industry, delivering skills programmes from NQF Level 1 – 4, no previous educational pertainment is required for Levels 1 & 2.The programmes are National Qualification Framework (NQF) aligned and Outcomes Based, as per South African Qualifications requirements.
OUR CLIENT BASE INCLUDESMunicipalities, government bodies, Non-Government Organisations (NGO’s), Correctional Services, private golf estates, landscaping contracts, hotel groups, Working For Water, utility companies, garden centers, private individuals, Zoological Institutions and National Botanical Institutes.
